By accessing BroMarket (the “Interface”) you agree to these terms. The Interface provides a front-end for viewing and interacting with third-party, on-chain prediction markets on the Base network.

The Interface only

BroMarket does not operate markets, custody funds, or act as a counterparty. Markets and their settlement are governed by the underlying smart contracts on Base.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Interface for unlawful activity, to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions, or to interfere with its operation. You are solely responsible for your conduct and your wallet.

No warranty

The Interface is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Data is sourced from third-party providers and on-chain state and may be delayed or inaccurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BroMarket and its contributors are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the Interface or any prediction market.
